There has been a new update on firesticks that has added a new privacy setting. You want to turn it off.

This prevents data of your streaming from third party apps being sent to amazon
Other settings to check:

SKY BROADBAND USERS
SKY are in the process of rolling out this new white router.
If you get offered the free router upgrade tell them to get lost (or worse)Â
These are routers are locked so there's no way of disabling sky shield on them so they've got you by the short and curlies when it comes to blocksÂ
Sky are clamping down on iptv and this is a major move in them doing so
Even better idea don't use Sky for your broadband as there the ones that take great pleasure in making your viewing experience as shit as possible, so that you end up paying lots of £££ to them
VODAFONE BROADBAND USERS
Vodafone keep rolling out updates which force IPv6 settings to turn on. Â
If your are blocked you need to disable it:
1) Access Router Settings
Open a web browser and enter your router's IP address (usually found on a sticker on the router or in the router's documentation)(often 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.0.1)Â Â
You may also need to log in with your router's username and password.Â
Normally these are Username: admin & Password: admin
Switch to Expert Mode (if needed):,
Some Vodafone routers require you to switch to "Expert Mode" to access all settings. Look for a setting or button to switch modes at the top right of the page.
Locate Local Network Settings:,
Once in Expert Mode, navigate to the "Settings" or "Advanced Settings" section, and then find the "Local Network" or similar option.
2) Disable IPv6:
Within the Local Network settings, you should find an option to enable or disable IPv6. Disable it.
3) Save Changes:
Make sure to save your changes after disabling IPv6. The router may require a reboot for the changes to take effect.
